You can apply for a Danish passport at the Honorary Consulate General in Kuala Lumpur on selected dates:

· 4th March

· 6th May

· 7th October

Please bring:

• Two sets of the application form duly completed and signed. The application form can be downloaded here.
• Current original Danish passport and two copies of the passport's data page. 
• Payment via bank transfer, please contact the Honorary Consulate General for more information. For current consular service fee please see this link.

Note - Upon passport application (regular passport, provisional/emergency) please note, if you cannot provide/present your most recent passport (ie. lost, stolen or damaged), then it will incur an additional fee according to The Ministry of Foreign Affairs list of fees. Please be aware that Danish citizens may only be issued three passports over a five-year period.

Processing time: 4-7 weeks. Unexpected circumstances may delay the processing time.
