Kindly note that the Visa and Consular Section is closed from 24 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (both days included)
No visas will be issued during this period and we will not be able to respond to any email or phone inquiries.
If you wish to have your passport returned to VFS for your collection before the holidays, you have to send an e-mail to [email protected] before 18 December. Please note in your e-mail if you wish to withdraw/discontinue your visa application. If not, we will continue case processing after 2 January 2026.
Mails received by consular section in this period will be replied to when the embassy re-opens on 2 January 2026.
For new visa applications, last day to submit to VFS will be on 22 December.
