Energy

Indonesia and Denmark have a long-lasting partnership within energy. The pillars of the cooperation are 1) long-term energy modelling and planning, 2) integration of renewable energy and 3) energy efficiency. The two countries learn from each other through exchange of knowledge and technical support with Danish Energy Agency as the counterpart to Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as well as the electricity utility PLN. The government-to-government cooperation aims for creating an environment for making investment in clean energy solutions and energy efficiency feasible on a commercial basis.
