Please note that with effect from 1 April 2018, all applicants are required to book an appointment online to submit their visa application at the Denmark Visa Application Centre in Indonesia.

While your case is pending

You, your family or other persons including the reference in Denmark should not contact the Embassy and inquire about the status of your pending case unless it is because you have further information relating to the case. The Embassy will contact you either because we need further information or because we have received the decision from the Danish Immigration Service / Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration regarding your application.

Financial help for students and scholarships

The Danish Embassy does not provide financial help nor scholarships to Indonesian students travelling to Denmark for study or research purpose.
